在上了一堂戴尼提研習班之後，

我就知道山達基是我一直要尋找能夠幫助我的東西。

因此在完成淨化之後，便決定受訓聽析員。

雖然必須暫時放棄我攝影師的夢想，

但我知道這一趟我將會變得不一樣。

於是我到了雪梨AOSH ANZO受訓聽析員。

目前已完成四級聽析員。

在受訓的路上，

透過許許多多LRH的教材和演練，

我一步步地找回我的自信。

而且我所學到的東西，

真的就是可以為我和我週遭的人解決生活中大大小小的問題與困難。

當然，身為聽析員能夠更瞭解心靈的運作機制，

自然而然自己也變得更穩定了。

在我受訓的同時，

山達基也正前所未有地擴展。

台灣越來越多人成為清新者，

也越來越多人上OT。

SOLO課程需要念部分的基礎書，

其中有些尚未翻譯。

英文不好的人便讀得很辛苦。

台灣人爬橋勢必會遇到這些問題，

當時我想到我爸媽。

雖然我想我上橋沒問題，

但是對不懂英文的人來說就會是一道障礙。

而且我得到這麼多很棒的資料，

我當然想要將它分享給那些需要的人。

如果沒有中文，

那想要讓其他人瞭解這些資料也有困難。

我深深地感受到，

翻譯真的是為台灣山達基打頭陣。

不僅大眾受益，技術與管理人員的訓練也將會加速好幾倍。

雖然我成為翻譯員的時間並不長，

不過因為要將英文轉換成通順的中文，

讓我發現溝通中很重要的一環。

那就是「當彼此真實性有差距時，要如何轉變成對方可以瞭解的形式」。

山達基人有時候瞭解太多術語，

講話變得文謅謅，

讓一般人不易理解。

然而透過翻譯員的工作，

我領悟到縱使是我們看起來稀鬆平常的字眼，

也並非每個人都能夠清楚明白。

這時候便要透過自我的瞭解，

以對方可以接受的方式表達以便讓他明白。

就像是翻譯員要將英文轉變成大家能理解的中文是一樣的道理。

山達基在很多人的生命中都扮演著不可或缺的角色。

為了台灣五級機構的成立，

中文教材也是勢在必行。

加入翻譯的行列，

你的價值不亞於聽析員。

After attending a Dianetics seminar, I knew that Scientology is what I had always been searching for. I knew it would help me. After completing the Purification Rundown I decided to train as an auditor. My dream was to become a photographer but I put that on hold as I knew that training as an auditor was what I needed to do. So I went to AOSH ANZO in Sydney.

Now I am a Class IV auditor. My self-confidence grew as I went through the many LRH materials and drills. As an auditor I have a greater understanding of the mind and its mechanisms. This creates stability in my life and puts me at cause. I can truly say that what I have learned has really helped me and those around me to resolve the problems in our lives.

Right now there is unprecedented expansion occurring in Scientology. There are more and more Taiwanese achieving the state of Clear and going OT. But still, students on Solo courses are required to study some Basics books which are not yet translated into Chinese. This makes it very difficult for those Taiwanese who don’t know English well or not at all. This is a problem that some Taiwanese are bound to run into when going up the Bridge ™. English is not a problem for me going up the Bridge ™ but for some others it is a huge barrier, such as my parents.

I want all Taiwanese to have the fantastic knowledge, certainty and stability that I now have. But without the materials in Chinese it creates a big problem for those who don’t understand English well. 

Without doubt the LRH Translations Unit is spearheading Scientology in Taiwan. It is benefiting all public at all levels – new public, those undergoing tech and admin training as well as auditing. It is really speeds things up and makes the tech available to those who otherwise would miss out.

So I decided to help the Taiwanese translations team. As a result I have learned the importance of this work and gained great satisfaction. There are many Scientology ™ and common everyday terms that I realise are not clearly understood by all. Converting English into smooth Chinese is a precise activity. When done correctly it results in the public clearly understanding Scientology ™ and thus gaining new understandings about life.

Scientology ™ is indispensable in many of our lives. We need the materials translated into Chinese immediately to open Class V organisations in Taiwan. By joining the LRH Translations Unit you will be doing something very valuable for the future of the Taiwanese people.
