I found a good way of learning English which is cost-free.

It is podcast.

The podcast is a webcast that is pre-recorded and you can download to listen or watch it offline.

There are many kinds of podcasts to be supported on internet.

And I download the programs of being able to improve English from itunes and put into my iPod, then I can listen it everywhere.

By the way, recommend two podcasts of learning English:

English as a Second Language Podcast

This program is easier,

and the host speak slowly at beginning then speak in normal speed again.

So you can listen it by gradient and look for the words you don't know with its reference.

BBC: 6 Minutes English

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/podcasts/how2/

This program is slight harder,

and speak with normal speed.

But it is just 6 minutes that take less time.

主持人第一次會講比較慢，

然後再用正常的速度讀一遍。

而且附有故事內容的文字，

這樣有不懂的字就知道要怎麼查了。

這個節目講得比較難，

速度也比較正常。

不過他只有六分鐘，

只花你少少的時間。
